  Quick Quote Options

In today’s environment, delivering an attractive set of financial choices has become just as important as presenting a compelling technical sale. While the growth of available financing arrangements and promotions has increased the ability to close more transactions, it has also added a significant amount of information for the sales representative to manage. Quickly finding the right quoting options for each customer should not mean a distraction from the core role of focusing on the customer’s technical needs.

Kawaru Research recently delivered an application to a client that needed to deploy a tool that would enable users to rapidly generate a complete set of financing alternatives without having to review all of the currently active programs. Key features that were needed for this tool to add value included:

bulletEase of navigation between a set of screens
bulletUpon entering a very small amount of data, the tool delivers all of the available pricing alternatives in one screen. A budgetary quote should be available within five minutes.
bulletDiagnostic checks of the inputs for possible inconsistencies and easy to read messages about why certain programs were not eligible.
bulletThe ability to build an alternative or customized payment schedule that fits the customer’s budgetary parameters.
bulletMaking financial program marketing collateral available at the touch of a button.
bulletThe ability to work offline as well as online.
bullet Generating a proposal upon selection of alternatives to present. The resulting document can be immediately delivered and saved for subsequent reviews and revisions.

Easy for administrators to update underlying pricing tables that accommodate the various rate structures that are provided by multiple financing partners, which include "all-in", base + spread and risk sharing.
