Implementing a new financing program or updating an older one typically sounds simpler in theory than it is in application. While there are a number of vendors that provide packages for managing the leasing and financing value chain, it is extremely rare to locate a perfect fit between the company’s specific needs and an existing commercially available solution. Closing the gap between these packages and the detailed requirements suited to your business can vary from a small custom modification all the way to a completely new application. Kawaru Research helps clients find and implement the right solution by looking at the entire picture – existing and planned systems, staffing, business processes and the issues facing your market. Our focus is to ensure that clients receive a complete package in terms of the right technology and process mix – not an addition to an existing collection of other applications and duties.
